Diet to lose 100 pounds? How science does it

It is a fact that more people are seeking a diet to lose 100 pounds as the obesity crisis continues to increase, your diet will fail. At the beginning of this year, the Overseas Development Institute published a new report, future diets, which argue that global changes in diet are leading to an unprecedented health crisis.

"The growing rates of overweight [people] and obesity in developing countries are alarming," says ODI research fellow Steve Wiggins, co-author of the report. "On current trends, globally, we will see a huge increase in the number of people suffering certain types of cancer, diabetes, strokes and heart attacks, putting an enormous burden on public healthcare systems." 


A diet to lose 100 pounds must come from science not a commercial TV diet plan if you are going to be successful at losing the inflammatory fat.


Why are we getting heavier?
