What is the quickest way to lose weight? An Answer

What is really the quickest way to lose weight; this is a question that was recently asked at a health conference in Helsinki. The obesity epidemic has many people seeking different ways to lower their body fat but a recent study which was published in the Los Angeles Times has revealed that most diets simply do not work. For this post we will address what is the quickest way to lose weight; we will focus on what science says the solution to the problem and what really works.

There are many diets on the market but few have really been shown to work against body fat, according to health researchers dieting for most people simply will not work. A study, led by UCLA associate professor of psychology Traci Mann, examined 31 long-term, doctor-administered diet studies as part of the most comprehensive and rigorous analysis to date of the prolonged effects of calorie-restricted diets. What the study found out is that dieting does not lead to long term bodyweight loss.  “We concluded most of them would have been better off not going on the diet at all," Mann said.  What is the quickest way to lose weight? The answer involves inflammation; most of our inability to lose bodyweight today is due to our modern day processed foods which cause inflammatory obesity.

The standard American, Australian and English diet cause inflammatory body fat that does not leave so easily; few diets can reverse the inflammation from our modern processed foods.  Even the so called healthy foods today are often high processed and filled with dangerous food chemicals.

Researchers in The Netherlands linked inflammation to our obesity crisis; they concluded that it is in fact inflammation behind our inability to drop the fat off the body, we conclude this is why dieting fails.

The study conclusion

Human adipose tissue expresses and releases the proinflammatory cytokine interleukin 6, potentially inducing low-grade systemic inflammation in persons with excess body fat.

It is clear that inflammation from our modern diet is causing our dieting to fail

Why am I fat? I am dieting

A common question from people who are dieting is “why am I still fat?”, the answer is clear from science why people are not losing weight even while on a diet. In this post we will explore why people are not achieving the results that they would like even though they are eating less and exercising more. If you are overweight it is important to know that this can be reversed when addressed the problem in a scientific way, never give up hope. The question “Why am I fat?” is a very good one and there is also a very good answer from science.

How did we get so overweight?

There is an extremely dangerous trend of rising obesity in the United States, it is affecting adults and children and the results can be fatal. There are incredible numbers of children who are seriously overweight, according to University of Minnesota Medical School "Severe obesity in young people has grave health consequences," said Aaron Kelly, a researcher at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. "It's a much more serious childhood disease than obesity.". What we are witnessing in much of the United States is a level of weight gain that is causing scary health complications such as heart disease in very young people.

Why am I fat?

The number one reason for obesity and the inability to lose weight today is due to inflammation from processed foods. We have a generation of young people who have been raised on processed foods which are linked to an increase in numerous of health complications. Heart disease, diabetes, ADHD as well as the inability to lose weight are all linked to the incredible amounts of processed foods in the diet. There are stunning amounts of inflammatory related obesity cases in adults and children today, the proliferation of food chemicals and processed food have caused an explosion of inflammation related weight gain.

If you are carrying hard to remove belly fat it is due to inflammation from our modern day foods.

A diabetic “styled” diet reverses inflammation,  a diabetic styled diet causes weight loss in people without or with diabetes. This is not a sugar free diet but a diet that heals the body by reversing inflammatory weight gain. This is the scientific answer to the “Why am I fat?” question.

How much does a Tummy Tuck cost? Death from surgery

How much does a tummy tuck cost is a very common question when one is considering this surgery but recent deaths from the surgery have many people reconsidering having this very dangerous procedure. It must be noted that the side effects of the operation are considered to be very serious, in this post we will expose this operation that many may be considering undergoing. How much does a tummy tuck cost? On average this very serious operation will cost over 7,000 dollars but there is much more that you should know before opting for this procedure.

Death from the operation

Last year ABC News reported on a woman who died from the operation, the story highlighted the fact that this is a very serious operation which can have deadly side effects.

(Judith Desmarets) experienced "seizure-like activity" hours after the surgery at the doctor's clinic, according to the Oregon Medical Board, and died four days later. Shortly after the doctor administered anesthetic, Desmarets complained of chest pains and shortness of breath, Kathleen Haley( Executive director of the Oregon Medical Board)said.

The doctor ended up having to leave the room and called 911. In that call she was very distraught, Haley said. By the time paramedics arrived, Desmarets was not breathing and did not have a pulse, according to the court complaint. Desmarets never regained consciousness and died four days later at Portland Adventist Medical Center. How much does a tummy tuck cost? It may cost you your life.

The medical examiner ruled Desmarets died of inadequate oxygen supply to her brain tissue.

The American society of Plastic surgeons have noted that serious side effects from the operation include blood clots, fluid accumulation in the legs as well nerve damage. One of the more dangerous side effects that has been frequently noted is excessive bleeding under the flap (skin). Excessive bleeding for months I have been one of the more troubling effects of the operation.

A better option than surgery

People who are seeking this surgery usually do so to remove excessive skin and to strengthen stomach muscle but there is a way to accomplish this without surgery. Most obesity today has been caused by inflammation, inflammatory obesity is why people cannot lose weight with dieting. Processed foods cause tissue inflammation leading to weight gain, this is what most diets cannot reverse but a diabetic style diet caused people with or without diabetes who had an inability to drop the excessive fat lose weight and tighten skin.
There is no other permanent and natural loss of body weight than by reversing inflammation which is caused by our modern food chemicals. A diabetic styled diet reverses tissue inflammation and causes the skin to tighten in people with or with diabetes.

People in over 17 countries have avoided this surgery with a diabetic styled diet, most of these women did not have diabetes but the inflammation was reversed causing a tighten of the skin around the abdominal.
